Find the right route

  • Report a member

    Use Report on their profile or in the chat. It reaches our safety team with the context they need, and every report is reviewed by a person.

  • Your data

    Download or delete your data instantly from Settings in the app. For anything else, email us.

  • Formal complaints

    Write to our grievance officer. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours.
